 Costume and Makeup Main Costume My character is a half-mutated human, so I wanted to depict her mutation, which results in a wing and clothing, to showcase her troubles while mutating. The blood in the clothing showcases how the normal human is turned into a mutant creature, showcasing the hardship and suffering she went through, the wing depicts the result of her mutation. According to my story, the character loses her other wing in the process of mutation, leaving her with only one wing, depicting her loss of freedom. Main Makeup Here I have decided and tried out my main Makeup for my character. I have used this makeup to portray a realistic look for a mutant, the veiny look on the left showing the growth of being mutated.  showing how this character is not fully mutated, but still contains human features and chracristics. the design process of this is stated in another post,

 Costume and Makeup Research Different types of makeup and costumes have inspired me to prepare the makeup and costumes for my end product.   Costume Reference from Movies  This costume is a reference from the TV series 'Sweet Home', The TV series references casual wear, but with the horrifying elements of blood splatter, portraying the occurrence of disturbance/uncanny in a normalized world. This is a costume reference from the movie 'Pan's Labyrinth', The clothing of this movie shows how the small girl's clothing portrays the childish innocence, while the monster's costume used prosthetic makeup to portray its realistic look. Makeup reference from movies This is Make Up reference from the TV series 'Sweet Home', The series uses lenses to show the effect of being mutated, and hand-drawn/prosthetic makeup for other changes. (source-Pinterest) The Movie Pan's Labyrinth heavily relies on prosthetics to give a realistic look to their creatures.
